The Position
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Group Consolidation & Technical Accounting Analyst to join the Group Reporting & Consolidation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong consolidation and accounting professional with a background in audit or accounting advisory who is looking to move into an industry role with broad exposure to group reporting, accounting policy, technical accounting, and financial governance.
Your Key Responsibilities
Group consolidation
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation processes
Help ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of IFRS consolidated financial statements. Support external audit (Big4)
Review reporting submissions from subsidiaries and monitor compliance with group reporting requirements
Key role in external reporting to stakeholders
Accounting policy and technical accounting
Own and maintain the Group Global Accounting Manual in line with IFRS and internal requirements
Provide guidance on the accounting treatment of complex or non-routine transactions
Act as a key point of contact for technical accounting and IFRS-related queries across the business, including management and shareholders.
Projects and process improvement
Supported M&A transactions from an IFRS perspective, including acquisition accounting (IFRS 3), purchase price allocation (PPA), and integration into group reporting.
Reviewed SPA terms for accounting implications and advised on closing mechanics.
Coordinated work with Group Treasury, Group tax and FP&A on complex transactions
Your Profile - Essential

Strong exposure to IFRS and group consolidation
Experience working in a complex international organization
Strong technical IFRS knowledge
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work with complex data and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders
Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills in English
Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience preferably within a Big4 or similar environment, or a combination of audit and industry experience
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
